The Mercy Air brand is not only known, but trusted. The culture of our program begins with our parent company’s mission and eight core values. They are the foundation of why we exist and provide a framework for accepted standards of behavior. Our culture is the essence of Mercy Air and is reinforced every single time customers, employees, and investors come in contact with any facet of our organization.

We provide safe, rapid transport by helicopter of critically ill and injured patients, and our aircraft are available 24/7/365, with overlapping service areas of coverage that help ensure a helicopter is readily available for your needs. We operate 16 helicopters and our state offices are headquartered in RialtoCalifornia. Whether it be the transfer of an ICU patient from one hospital to another or the complicated trauma request from an EMS provider, our competent crews continue to provide critical and lifesaving interventions surrounded by exceptional compassionate patient care.

We are owned and operated by Air Methods Corporation, the nation’s leading provider of air medical transport and the most experienced air medical operator in the industry. Air Methods has built its reputation on a commitment to quality patient care and safety in aviation operations.
